Condos in Town?

Are there any condo projects in Summerlin, Nevada and are there any that are on golf courses? What is the condo price range? Are there any age restricted condo communities?

   We have brand new condo projects which are restricted to the Active Adult community (ie, 55 yrs +) as well as lower end condos into the low $100Ks and some which are on the TPC Summerlin course which are into the $500s.

   Summerlin, being a masterplan community, has a wide variety of neighborhoods which also include townhouses, condos, single family homes, apartments, estate homes and coutry clubs like Red Rock.

   If anybody has a specific question, I’d be happy to pass along what I know of them.
